machines provide a quality , smooth action to work all the major
muscle groups of your body. This is complimented with a good selection of free weights. We also have an Inverter for Invertion Therapy The latest addition to the gym is a second power plate/vibration trainer learn how amazing this machine is. |
And all this set against a backdrop of an ancient forest, water, birds, squirrels, rabbits and more. This provides you with plenty of choice and availability when you want to exercise.
All the water in the building is triple filtered and UV-ed.
