What you eat after your stay with us and into the future for the long run is very important -  we have many recipes (list on the left) that will help you stay eating healthily for many years to come.

Some recipes are vegan, some vegetarian, many raw bursting with enzymes, and one or two with free-range or organic chicken, grass-fed beef, lamb, eggs or fish.

After your stay - it is important to eat 7 to 9 or more portions of fruit and vegetables on a daily basis to maintain optimum health, prevent disease or reduce the symptoms of chronic disease and live longer.

The recipes are yeast-free, wheat-free, 98% are gluten-free with exceptions of one or two with spelt or oats (which contain very little gluten), sugar-free, and milk-free. Cottage cheese and natural yogurt - only one or two recipes.
