What you will need to bring with you   

Bring comfortable clothes and though the weather is warm to mild some people begin to feel a little cool when going these types of programs so bring - sweat shirts, knit wear - cardigans, jumpers etc especially for the evenings.

Remember to bring some reading material however, we do have about 300 English books (some are out on loan) that are health related, general interest and novels. We have a selection of DVDs for hire, films and TV shows, from Britain and USA. 

Remember to bring swim wear for the infrared sauna, steam, Jacuzzi, pool or sun bathing.

When using these facilities it is important to wear non-slip pool shoes or some other non-slip shoes. 

Trainers are needed in the gym and racquet ball court.
